FundFinder also provides a listing of patient advocacy organizations for each disease state so users can find additional support services.

  • Oracle Health Foundation:  Oracle Health Foundation will continue its work providing pediatric case grants for medicine, surgeries, travel, and equipment; wellness screenings to elementary school students; social-emotional support and education initiatives to middle school students; health education to high school students; and much more.

  • APDA Financial Hardship Fund: American Parkinson Diseases Assocation has a limited amount of funds available to assist people with Parkinson’s disease (PWP) who are experiencing financial hardship.
  • Rising above Parkinson's: If you or a loved one have been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, you are a US citizen / permanent resident whose primary residence is in the state of Florida, you may apply for financial assistance from us.
  • Melvin Weinstein Parkinson’s Foundation: If you have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and would like to apply for assistance, please download and fill out the application here.
  • PMD Alliance: Our goal is that you are able to stay educated on the most up-to-date financial assistance and information related to Parkinson’s and movement disorder medications and treatment options.
  • Alexander Graham Bell Association
for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing: AG Bell works globally to empower individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing, providing support for them to listen, speak, and thrive.
  • Parkinson’s Wellness Fund: The Parkinson’s Wellness Fund serves as a bridge between service providers and individuals living with Parkinson’s who otherwise could not afford access to the services they need to live a life with Parkinson’s. Wellness grants are issued directly to families through service providers,free of charge.
  • National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD): We provide patient assistance programs to help individuals living with rare diseases:Obtain medication, Receive financial help with insurance premiums and co-pays, Get diagnostic testing assistance, Receive travel assistance for clinical trials or consultation with disease specialists, Provide caregiver respite, Offer support during emergencies, Gain knowledge about rare diseases, Connect with other patient assistance programs  
  • Leukemia & Lymphoma Society: The Co-Pay Assistance Program provides assistance toward the cost of Private, Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE insurance premiums, and treatment-related co-pays and co-insurance for prescription drugs, labs, scans, tests, etc. Award levels vary by disease fund.
  • Leukemia & Lymphoma Society: The Medical Debt Case Management Program provides one-on-one, in-depth personalized support to empower patients to address their medical debt. The program is not a debt forgiveness program, does NOT pay off medical debt, and cannot assist with debt that is in collections. Program case managers work with patients and offer ways to help manage current debt and prevent accumulating more.

  • InfantSEE: Under this program, AOA member optometrists provide a no-cost comprehensive eye and vision assessment for infants 6-12 months old regardless of a family's income or access to insurance coverage.
  • Find a Health Center: The Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC) funds nearly 1,400 health centers. They provide affordable, accessible, and high-quality primary health care to underserved communities at over 15,500 sites.
